1. Calculate repayments
Our calculator is designed to be quick and easy. We’ve put it everywhere, on our website, on the app store, on google play and of course inside the online portal. There’s an extra cash flow tool for solar vendors as well.
2. Send customer referral link
Due to NCCP regulation, suppliers are not allowed to submit applications on behalf of their customers. The easy solution to this is to send the customer a custom URL that is linked to your company.
3. Submit application
The application is designed to be simple and easy. It will take a customer no time to give us all the information we need.
4. Sign privacy
We use electronic signatures wherever we can. A signed privacy allows us to handle the customers information and go into their credit file. Making it easy is essential.
5. Speak to Solaris
We’ll need to speak to the customer to confirm some details. Don’t worry, we’ll reach out to them directly. Once the call is complete we can formally submit for approval which takes less than 1 day.
6. Get paid
Once your job is done, the customer has to call to authorise payment. Payment usually takes about 24 hours.
